Birdwing Therapies is a privately owned social work practice that offers a comprehensive and holistic range of professional services which includes:

• Specialised therapy for children, teens and adults.
• Family Therapy (including Dyadic and Attachment Therapy).
• Group work programs for children aged  5-7, 8-10 and 11-13 years.
• Self care and relaxation programs for women experiencing stress and anxiety.
• Educational programs for parents and carers of young children and teenagers.
• Professional supervision for social welfare workers within the Cairns region and wider district.
• Training for social welfare teams, parents and foster carers and residential care workers. Training events available include Strengths Based practice, Expressive Therapies,Trauma and Attachment and Self Care.
• We travel to the Atherton Tablelands, Port Douglas, Cooktown, Townsville and the Torres Strait to meet specific staff and organisational needs 
• We stock an excellent range of therapeutic resources such as books, symbols, and St Luke’s Innovative products. Postage is only available in Australia.
